Sapphire and Diamond Gold Dress Ring. Very pretty ring with 2 central sapphires and 6 diamonds. Decorative mount. This ring has been tested for 18ct gold. There is light wear. Some thinning of the band in reverse with evidence of a resizing to the band. UK finger size L. Weighs in total 3.9gm
